Trailer Manufacturing Facility with Attached Office

This 61,600 sf trailer manufacturing facility utilizes a 200’ x 308’ gable symmetrical framing structure. It features twelve 10-ton cranes, 13 overhead doors, and insulation for the roof and walls. NBS designed the loads for the 50’ x 84’-8” mezzanine. Galvalume Plus Nucor CFR roof panels, reflective white A-Panel walls, and masonry highlight the exterior.

Deliberated with expansion in mind, the right end wall of the future addition will attach to the left end wall of the manufacturing building. Another NBS building is housed on the same campus and is used as a paint shop. NBS was chosen for both projects because of our design capability and flexible layouts.
