Steel Service Warehouse Facility

This larger facility has offered a processer and distributor of metals, plastics, and industrial supplies, Alro Steel, the opportunity for expanded product offerings and services. The facility consists of warehouse and office space, including locker rooms, docks, and pallet storage. It has been designed for future expansion adding a 90’ bay with cranes, and flexibility to relocate buildings at expansion.

The warehouse area, including a 15,000 sf mezzanine, consists of high bays with an eave height of 44’. The building features twelve 20 ton TRDG cranes and one 10 ton crane.

Exterior walls of the building utilize a combination of HE40 insulated metal and insulated precast concrete panels with parapets. The building design incorporates windows to allow natural lighting into the warehouse and includes seven vertical roll-up doors.
