Three Connected Single Slope Buildings with Pop-Out Entrance

This beer brewery & restaurant was designed using a 17,000 sf Nucor building situated on a corner lot in one most high-profile locations in Lethbridge, AB, Canada . A combination of three single slope structures with a pop-out entrance, this custom steel building accommodates a restaurant, bar and full production craft beer brewery all under one roof.

The challenge of this project was the uniqueness of each of the three operations and each having their own set of building codes and restrictions. This was accomplished by using a pre-engineered building design, which integrated three individual buildings into one and added significant cost savings to make the project viable.
