This 35,000 sf custom Nucor building is designed to be used for steel fabrication,  office, and warehouse. The office portion features private offices, meeting space, conference room and kitchen area. The warehouse and fabrication area features a partial mezzanine with high bay storage, overhead crane, steel fabrication area, and a loading dock.

The building design incorporates high bay windows to allow natural lighting into the warehouse. The exterior of this custom building is finished with Nucor Reverse Classic wall panel and a Nucor CFR standing seam roof system.
