Manufacturing Building with Insulated Panels & Multiple Truck Docks

Safeway Packaging is a leading manufacturer of corrugated and fiberboard packaging. Their 260,000 sf manufacturing facility is part of the Bunker Hill Industrial Park and consolidates two plants into one as part of their strategy to increase efficiency across operations.

The facility includes 120,000 sf used for manufacturing, 13,000 sf for office space and 127,000 sf for warehouse. The building was designed with 50 foot bay spacing, multiple truck docks and long span bar joists.
