This gorgeous pre-engineered office and warehouse building features a unique blend of insulated metal panels with sections of full-height windows. The spacious, open-concept interior is a blend of vintage & industrial theme, with exposed steel and duct work. This pre-engineered metal structure features two partial mezzanines for storage and office space. Nucor supplied spandrel support for wall conditions forming a glass corner at the front exterior and at the center of the building. Custom-built stairs lead to the second floor. The remainder of the structure is used for equipment and vehicle warehousing.

Vintage is exemplified throughout the building in old tools, lighting, signage and bowling alley tables paired with the bold industrial look of exposed steel beams, a glass garage door, glass office fronts, and exposed duct work. The aesthetic is finished with clean, straight lines in the workspaces. In addition to glass, decorative fiber cement siding, and the sleek lines of insulated metal wall panels, a walk door canopy created from steel beams add to the overall feel of the structure.
