Wellness Center & Athletic Complex

This 125,000 sf wellness center and multisport complex features spans in excess of 200 feet. It contains a new field house, which includes a 200 meter track along with four regulation wheelchair basketball courts with digital scoreboards, and two massive divider curtains. Three attached single slope, clear span buildings house the group exercise rooms for adaptive fitness classes.

The powerful value of 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used at the design phase of this project.
